1. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 1 hour of being placed. Please email us immediately at fashion.official.uk@gmail.com with your order number.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
4. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at fashion.official.uk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location.

4. What should I do if my package is delayed?

Returns
1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
2. How do I start a return?
Email us at fashion.official.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.
3. Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% admin fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
4. Are sale items or discounted items eligible for returns?
No, items purchased during a sale or using a discount code are final sale and not eligible for returns.
